On display at Badagarang in Cambewarra, the Rosewood 33 is a spacious double-storey home designed around the way modern families live. The Rosewood 33 has been carefully designed to give families more room to live, relax and spend time together. Spanning approximately 33 squares, this double-storey home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 4 living areas and a double garage, with a clever floorplan that balances generous shared spaces with private areas for relaxation.
Downstairs, a separate front living room offers a peaceful retreat, while the dedicated home theatre is ideal for family movie nights. At the rear, the open-plan kitchen, dining and family area creates a welcoming heart of the home.
